For Sixt, a global leader in the rental and mobility sectors, I led a strategic design team that executed the entire process for their new local sales site and booking engine, spanning from user behavior research to seamless developer handoff.

Rental booking flows lose users not because they changed their mind but because the process got in the way. Breadcrumb navigation, scattered information, and add-on decisions that interrupt momentum all create friction that kills conversion. Our approach was deliberately minimalist. Sticky information layout, no progressive navigation indicators, and a unified add-ons hierarchy designed to keep users moving forward without stopping to deliberate.
First release CVR results: local 5.13% / inbound 12.33% / outbound 2.77%. All above benchmark.

An approachable and fun visual language was developed to make the booking experience feel effortless and secure, consistently applied across the flow.
